I saw a picture where Cecil´s tatoos could actually transform into real tentacles and I thought it was pretty neat. (:

Also a little headcanon of mine is that if he is too lazy too reach over for something he just uses them to grab said thing XD Though sometimes he would lose control over them and they would do what they want :3
